Free migration assistance for switchers:
If you are switching from another provider (Dedicated server, VPS, Reseller Hosting or Shared hosting), we will be happy to assist you with your initial migration process and get you situated.
- Please note the followings:
- Only Cpanel to Directadmin and Directadmin to Directadmin migration is supported.
- Contents are transferred as it is. While we may offer initial guidance with basic software level updates, end users are responsible to ensure software level settings are properly configured (internal settings such as ftp login, config file updates, mail server change etc.)
- Must provide us with the latest Cpanel or Directadmin account backup.
- For Shared Hosting: 1 account migration per active service.
- For Reseller Hosting: Up to 50 account migration is included within the first 30 days of signup. After that, up to 10 account migration is included per month for no additional cost. Anything more then that will be billed at the rate of £2 per account account (one time fee).
Free windows server 2012/2019
DevonWebs Community Members paying for VPS services are eligible for Free Windows server 16 or 19 Standard Edition license.
- Minimum requirement: VPS-1G or above
- Please note: Only 1 free license key per VPS is provided for free per year. Each additional reissue/reinstall will require an one time payment of £10/activation
Free DNS/Email Hosting with select VPS Plans
Paying for VPS services that are eligible for Free standard dns/email hosting
- Minimum plan requirement: Premium VPS-1G.
- To redeem: Open a sales ticket with the title: "Redeeming Free DNS Hosting" and It will be manually activated within 24 hours from the initial time of request
- DNS Plan limits:
- Maximum Domain: 10
- Maximum DNS Entry: 30
